Whistleblower Protection Act Portal

On July 2, 2023, the new Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) came into force in Germany.
The aim of the HinSchG is to protect persons who have obtained information about violations in the course of their professional activities and report them. The HinSchG prohibits any reprisals against whistleblowers and obliges companies to set up secure channels for whistleblowing.

In this context, we have set up a digital whistleblower platform through which you can submit your reports:

If something unethical or illegal has occurred in your cooperation with us, please let us know via one of the above-mentioned channels. Regardless of whether you are an employee (including future or former employees) or business partner of KM Packaging. Even if you wish to remain anonymous, you have the option to communicate with us via the platform. Just please do not lose the access code you receive when you enter a message. It is not recoverable.

The above contact options can also be used for reports from sites outside Germany.
